Deliver: the weekly routine that runs a client in ~2 hours

Fulfilment is where agencies die. Yours is a routine, not a grind — because the platform does the production.

Client onboarding, day one

Switch on agency mode and create the client their own workspace — their data, their connections, their pipeline, fully separate from yours and from every other client. Connect their ad account and site, run the keyword plan against THEIR business, add their tracked keywords and GEO prompts, and set the content cadence. Their workspace now looks like yours did in lesson 2 — because it's the same engine.

The weekly two hours

Monday: open the client workspace, read what the autopilot strategist proposes, and approve, adjust or decline — you are the editor, not the author. Review new leads in their pipeline and progress stages. Skim the rank tracker and GEO checks for movement worth mentioning. Approve the week's article and posts. That's the operating hour.

The second hour is the client hour: one short update message midweek ('two things moved, one thing we're testing'), and the monthly call built on the report. Clients don't churn because results dip for a fortnight; they churn when they can't tell whether anyone is paying attention. The weekly message is retention.

What NOT to do

Don't promise rankings you don't control, don't guarantee ad results in week one, and don't hide bad weeks — walk into them first with a plan. An agency that says 'this test lost, here's the next one' keeps clients for years.
