Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 June 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SKAIL, an AI marketing platform operated by Skylite Group Ltd ("SKAIL", "we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using the service or API, you agree to these terms. If you use SKAIL on behalf of an organisation, you accept these terms for that organisation.
The service
SKAIL lets a business plan and run marketing: generating content, capturing and routing leads, publishing to connected platforms, and creating and reporting on advertising campaigns. Features depend on your plan and on the third-party platforms you connect.
You are responsible for the content you publish and the campaigns you run through SKAIL, and for ensuring they comply with applicable laws and the policies of the platforms you connect (for example Meta, Google, WhatsApp).
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace. You must have the authority to connect any third-party account you link to SKAIL.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use SKAIL to send spam, to publish unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, to violate any platform's terms, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend workspaces that breach these terms.
Third-party platforms
When you connect a platform, your use of that platform remains subject to its own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, decisions or policies of third-party platforms, including ad review outcomes, account restrictions, or API changes.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up. Advertising spend you commit to on connected platforms is billed by those platforms directly, not by SKAIL.
Disclaimers and liability
SKAIL is provided "as is". We do not warrant particular marketing results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skylite Group Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data arising from use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page. You may stop using SKAIL at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
