Disconnect a platform

To stop SKAIL accessing a connected service (Meta, WhatsApp, Google, WordPress and so on), open your dashboard → Connections, find the account and choose Disconnect. This deletes the stored credential immediately and ends all access. You can also remove SKAIL from the platform's side — for Meta, via Settings → Business Integrations.

Delete your account and workspace data

Email privacy@skylite.group from the address linked to your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We will delete your workspace, connected credentials, leads and content, and confirm completion within 30 days. Data we are legally required to retain (for example billing records) is kept only as long as the law requires.

Data received from Meta

If you used a Meta integration and want data SKAIL received via Meta deleted, the same process applies: disconnect in the dashboard for immediate cessation, and email us for full erasure.
