Refunds & cancellation

Plain English, no gotchas. Last updated 24 July 2026.

The trial

Every workspace starts with a 14-day full-platform trial with no card required, so the honest answer to “will this work for me?” costs nothing. When it ends, nothing is deleted — you choose a plan or stay on the free tier.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel any time from Settings → Billing (it opens the billing portal — two clicks, no email required, no retention hoops). Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then drops to the free tier. We don't delete your data on cancellation.

First-payment guarantee

If your first paid month isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of that first charge and we'll refund it in full — no forms, no interrogation. This applies to your first payment on your first paid plan, once per business.

Renewals and partial months

Renewal charges aren't refundable once a new period has started — cancel before the renewal date and you simply won't be charged again. We don't pro-rate partial months, because access runs to the period end either way.

Ad spend and third parties

Advertising budgets are billed by Meta or Google directly from your own accounts — SKAIL never touches that money and can't refund it. The same goes for anything you buy from third parties we integrate with.

AI School (Pakistan)

Pro is PKR 4,499/month, paid by bank transfer and verified by a human. If you change your mind, email us within 7 days of verification and before your certificate is issued for a full refund by bank transfer. After a certificate is issued, the month isn't refundable — the credential is permanent and stays yours either way. Not renewing simply pauses Pro; the free course never expires.

How refunds are paid

To the original payment method, within 5–10 business days of approval. To request one, email support@skail.skylite.group from your account email with the workspace name.

The spirit of this policy

We'd rather refund a month than keep an unhappy customer's money. If something here feels unfair in your situation, say so — a human decides, and edge cases get judged generously.
